HR Administrative - Spanish Speaker (Maternity Leave Cover)
Job Description:
We are looking for an HR Administrative for our GBS in Lisbon to cover for a Maternity Leave.
Responsibilities - your mission
You will be supporting the Reward Operations department. You will be responsible to:
- Collect timesheet data and Personal Administration (PA) information / Implement sickness & accident leaves in the system
- Enter data into SAP or Workday /manage requests to update employees' personal data (data entry, corrections, work schedule, . . ) in Workday.
- Maintain accurate records of documentation and transactions
- Respond to PA / Time related inquiries and resolving concerns
- He ensures the archiving of administrative documents through various
- filing, Google Drive, SAP and Workday processes. - Monitor RPA performance for existing applications
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have
- Fluent in English and Spanish mandatory
- Previous experience working in Human Resources (preferential)
- Experience in SAP, Workday & Google Suite (preferential)
- Good communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented
- Versatility to work with different technical tools
- Understanding and demonstration of ethics and data protection/compliance
- Results orientated, with a logical approach to completing tasks
- Be able to work with minimal supervision and using own initiative
- Demonstrate a ‘can-do’ attitude in all areas
- Ability to work under pressure to agreed deadlines
- Critical thinking to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Excellent interpersonal skills, be well organized and have a flexible approach
