Responsibilities

• Own key employee lifecycle processes: onboarding,
  - employment screening, contract management, leave tracking and exit interviews, and supporting key stakeholders within the wider HR team and business
• Provide timely and professional support within HR shared services by addressing employee enquiries received through the HR Helpdesk
• Assist with employee orientation, development, training logistics and record keeping

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 2–4 years of HR experience, ideally in a multinational or shared services environment
• Advanced proficiency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken)
• Experience with HRIS platforms (e. g. Sage, Workday, SAP Success
  Factors)
