HR Administrator
We are looking for a HR Administrator to join the Employee Services team in the HRC of GPC East region, supporting employee services in locations as African countries, Turkey, Portugal and France, to report to the HRC Employee Services Lead.
This position main objective is to provide efficient, accurate and timely administrative support across a range of HR processes and activities within a centralized HR Service Centre. The HR Administrator will act as a first point of contact for HR-related queries on a
-
- day transactional administration, ensuring excellent service delivery and compliance with company policies and employment legislation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the entire employee life cycle (after recruitment, during development and mobility, day to day, and in exit procedures)
- Maintenance and update of HR systems, namely Success
Factors and SAP to ensure the accurate reflection of HR records (joiners, leavers and changes) - Supporting the maintenance of onboarding guides and internal procedures in term of service level agreements, checklists and metrics
- Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the service centre
- Generate HR reports and assist with data audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Support power BI regional reports
- Perform monthly data integrity audits
- Ensure compliance with labour laws aligned with each location aligned with local HR
- Main point of contact for HR queries
- Creation of letters, certificates and documents
- Supporting expats procedures
- Train team members in the use of HR systems
- Provide monthly headcount reports and analytics to support annual processes (Performance Appraisal system, mandatory
- learning trainings, Annual Salary Review, etc. ) - Benefits administration according to local and regional guidance
- Ensure mandatory training is completed within the required timescales and support of Learning and Development team
- Creation of Purchase Orders to support HR activities
- Other additional administrative duties as required to support the HR teams
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in an HR administrative or shared services role preferred
- Knowledge and experience in HR processes and procedures
- Strong multitasking and administration skills with focus on quality and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR software and systems, with proven experience in SAP Success Factors
- Proficiency in excel and experience in reporting on key metrics
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong
- solving and organizational skills - Good level of English, both written and oral
- Excellent personal and
- facing skills - Able to prioritize a challenging workload and manage customer expectations accordingly
