HR Analytics Consultant
Overview
This position contributes to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems, with a strong focus on People Analytics. The role involves supporting
- driven
- making across HR functions, enhancing operational efficiency, and developing insights that inform talent strategies.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain HR databases and internal systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency to support
- making. - Create dashboards and reports to monitor HR KPIs and metrics.
- Assist in the implementation of data visualization and reporting solutions using tools like Power BI.
- Contribute to analytical initiatives, including exploratory and trend analysis, and support predictive modeling efforts when needed.
- Support the configuration, maintenance, and development of HR system modules (e. g. , training, performance evaluation, onboarding).
- Execute and improve HR processes such as compensation, internal mobility, salary reviews, and planning.
- Upload, validate, and audit data in HR systems to ensure integrity.
- Collaborate with international teams to ensure alignment and consistency in local HR processes.
- Participate in
- functional HR projects (e. g. , employee engagement surveys, benchmarking studies). - Handle requests from the HR team and manage tickets via the JIRA platform.
Skills
- Experience with HRIS.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools (e. g. , Power BI or similar).
- Solid analytical thinking and ability to interpret data to generate actionable insights.
- Native-level proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish is required. Comfortable working in English (C1 level); Spanish language skills are a plus if Portuguese is the primary language.
- Proactive and collaborative mindset with good planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and
- technical audiences.
Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in HR data analysis or People Analytics.
- Exposure to data storytelling, dashboard creation, and basic statistical techniques is desirable.
