HR BSC - Shareholding Support Analyst (m/f) Lisboa

Job Overview

Join Air Liquide as an HR BSC - Shareholding Support Analyst (m/f) to contribute to optimizing and supporting Employee Shareholding operations and various Human Resources processes for Europe.

Air Liquide Europe Business Services (ALEBS) was created in 2019 in Lisbon, Portugal with the mandate to provide financial services for Air Liquide European entities. In the space of 4 years, it has expanded to over 400 employees based in 3 office locations: Lisbon, Tomar and Guarda.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise directly with the external service provider to report and manage any changes to shareholder data (e. g. employee departures, entity changes)
• Validate incoming early release requests to ensure completeness and adherence to procedures
• Accurately dispatch sales of shares, dividend and fractional rights payments to shareholders
• Assist employee Shareholders on their formalities (process explanation, online account access, etc. )

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an operational support role, HR administration, HR Shared Services, or a similar analytical position within a complex organization
• Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and case management tools (e. g. , My
  HR, or similar)
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling, document verification, and process execution
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with employees, internal stakeholders, and external partners
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with
  - functional teams
• Fluent in English & French (mandatory)

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a
  - paced environment
• Ability to speak additional languages relevant to the company's operations
