Ready to start your next professional chapter? Become our new HR Business Partner based in Porto and play a key role in driving HR strategy across our two centers located in Lisbon and Porto. You will follow the Human Resources policies, processes, and services within the framework of the company’s objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for employees’ career development and coach the business/function to optimise their Human Resources.
- Act as a Strategic Partner, anticipating and preparing for the future, adapting role profiles to future changes in skills and experience; partnering with key stakeholders and their teams and focusing on high value‑added tasks.
- Provide HR support to Management, ensuring constant updates on HR Guidelines, Policies and Procedures.
- Be involved in Talent Development initiatives and perform regular assessments according to the strategy in force.
- Advise on workforce planning, managing internal mobility, long leaves and other related movements.
- Drive the performance management model, supporting stakeholders through all stages of the process.
- Contribute to the development, operation and permanent update of HR Tools.
- Document processes and prepare reports relating to personnel activities.
- Produce reports and relevant HR analytics, elaborating useful HR insights.
- Be a driving force for HR automation proposals.
- Participate in cross‑projects according to the department and organisational strategy.
- Manage and resolve employee relations closely, ensuring guidance and support to all stakeholders and ownership of all administrative HR actions (in liaison with the concerned administrative platform).
- Act as a point of entry in HR for employees, manage queries across the full spectrum of HR activities, ensuring the collection of all relevant information for liaison with concerned HR areas and fostering employee responses.
- Support and guide employees throughout the onboarding and off‑boarding process.
- Ensure the correct process of all administrative HR actions (in liaison with the concerned administrative platform).
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or any other relevant area.
- At least 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist in a complex, fast‑paced environment and a minimum of 3 years as an HR Business Partner.
- Experience partnering in international, growing companies.
- Consolidated employee‑relations experience (mandatory).
- Operational and strategic HR experience in a Shared Services context is a plus.
- Solid understanding of Portuguese labour law (mandatory).
- Fluent in English and French (minimum B2 level).
