Mission

TEKEVER is at the forefront of Uncrewed Aerial Systems (UAS). Delivering advanced intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance solutions to customers worldwide. As our international footprint continues to grow, we are seeking a proactive and
- centric Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters for our employees. The HRBP will play a key role in supporting employee relations, driving engagement, facilitating development, and enhancing the overall employee experience. This position requires a collaborative mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a
- on approach to managing HR initiatives.

What Will Be Your Responsibilities

• First-Line HR Support: Act as the
  - to HR resource for employees and managers, providing timely and effective support on all HR-related queries.
• Employee Relations: Guide and coach team leads and supervisors in handling performance, behavioral, and
  - related matters with a focus on resolution and fairness.
• Performance Management: Oversee probation reviews, coordinate performance
  - ins, and support managers in employee development and feedback cycles.
• Employee Experience & Engagement: Develop and execute initiatives that foster a positive work culture, increase engagement, and support retention.
• Workforce Planning: Partner with department heads to assess staffing needs and support strategic workforce planning and succession initiatives.
• Onboarding & Integration: Deliver engaging onboarding and orientation sessions to ensure new hires feel welcomed and equipped for success.
• Culture & Recognition: Drive initiatives that promote company culture, including organizing
  - building activities and recognition programs.
• Policy & Process Improvement: Evaluate and enhance HR policies and procedures to improve efficiency and align with business needs.
• Learning & Development: Facilitate training opportunities and professional development programs that empower employee growth.
• Talent & Team Growth: Collaborate with managers to assess team competence, support capability building, and enable
  - term team development.

Profile And Requirements

• Available to work in Caldas da Rainha - Full time -
  - site
• +4 years proven experience in HR in a similar role
• Experience supporting HR initiatives
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR processes
• Experience working in a
  - paced, growing organisation an advantage
• High Proficiency in Google, Microsoft and HR software
• Excellent analytical and
  - solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Language Requirements: Advanced proficiency in English and Portuguese, with proven fluency at the C2 level
• Excellent communication skills
