HR Business Partner (m/f)
Unilabs is one of Europe’s leading suppliers of clinical laboratory testing and medical diagnostic imaging services to private and public healthcare providers, local governments, insurance companies, pharmaceutical companies and the general public. We operate laboratory and medical diagnostic imaging facilities in 14 countries. Our network of facilities provides us with one of the broadest geographic footprints of any clinical laboratory and medical diagnostics services provider in Europe.
To support our expansion, we are looking for an HR Business Partner (m/f) that will act as the touchpoint of people and the business, enabling alignment between unit goals and people strategies and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Reinforce global and local HR ways of working and standard communication cadences;
- Represent HR in relevant leadership and people managers forums across the market;
- Coordinate with HR Operations Team to ensure consistent execution of HR priorities, policies, data quality and compliance standards;
- Support roll‑out and adoption of global and local HR tools and systems;
- Monitor delivery performance and escalate unresolved issues;
- Support attraction, development and retention;
- Promote employee engagement and employer reputation through aligned programs with the talent management team and communication teams;
- Act as advisor to leaders and people managers in all people related matters;
- Ensure alignment of talent priorities with business and functional needs;
- Promote a positive and inclusive company culture.
The ideal fit
- Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or related fields;
- 5+ years of HR experience, ideally in business partner roles within multinational, matrixed environments; healthcare or diagnostics experience preferred;
- Strong understanding of HR processes, systems and governance frameworks;
- Proven ability to support HR transformation and implement digital tools;
- Effective in cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management;
- Excellent analytical mindset and ability to translate business needs into actionable HR solutions;
- High level of integrity, accountability, and decision‑making capability;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, regulated environment;
- Strong ability to influence and communicate across functions and to external stakeholders;
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
