HR BUSINESS PARTNER (M/F/X)

Currently, we have 3 workshops in the north of Portugal, morespecifically, in Ponte de Lima, Penafiel and Santa Maria da Feira. The HRBusiness Partner (HRBP) will support the Human Resources Manager inachieving the strategic objectives of the HR team at the workshop. The
HRBP will take the lead on various projects, responsibilities, and inthe development of the HR function, acting as a partner to theoperational teams, ensuring that managers are properly guided on HRmatters.
- Collaborate with the Talent Management team ondirect workforce onboarding programs.
- Work closely with the
Talent Management team in creating and planning training plans andcourses. - Proactively plan direct workforce 's missions, according to individual performance/development and business needs.
- Work together with direct workforce's managers to monitor andoptimize team performance, aligned with business priorities.
- Participate in the annual performance evaluation of employeesand performance/merit awards. Collaborate with the Payroll & Benefitsteam to align the bonus/benefits strategy.
- Assist the Payroll& Benefits team when necessary, ensuring the efficient delivery of allpayroll processes.
- Advise, train, and guide all directworkforce's managers in the proper management of labor relationsissues. Manage all labor relations issues in conjunction withmanagers.
- Stay up to date on labor legislation andproactively inform yourself of any imminent legal changes.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety topics related to
HR.
Is this position for you?
You have a Master'sdegree, preferably in HR Management. You have at least 5 to 6 years ofexperience in HR management in an industrial environment. You have asolid knowledge of Portuguese Labor Law. You demonstrate leadershipand integrity. You have a
- on attitude and autonomy in the role, with strong analytical and
- solving skills. You have excellentinterpersonal skills, capable of engaging and motivating others. Youhave good change management skills. You are able to handle multiplepriorities in a dynamic and changing environment. You have the abilityto work collaboratively in multifunctional and multicultural teams. You have the ability to interact with all hierarchical levels.
