Your new Role

As HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, acting as a trusted advisor to local leadership and a driver of organizational development. You will be responsible for implementing and managing core HR processes, supporting cultural transformador, and ensuring operational excellence across the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with business leaders to identify HR needs and deliver tailored solutions;
  
  

• Leading talent management initiatives, including performance reviews, succession planning, and career development;
  
  

• Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure talent acquisition aligns with business growth;
  
  

• Driving employee engagement and retention strategies;

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field;
  
  

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR roles, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments;
  
  

• Strongknowledge of Portuguese labor law and HR operations;
  
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all leves;
  
  

• Strategic thinking combined with a
