Mission:

TEKEVER is at the forefront of Uncrewed Aerial Systems (UAS), delivering advanced intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance solutions to customers worldwide. As our international footprint continues to grow, we are seeking a proactive and
- centric Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters for our employees. The HRBP will play a key role in supporting employee relations, driving engagement, facilitating development, and enhancing the overall employee experience. This position requires a collaborative mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a
- on approach to managing HR initiatives.

What will be your responsibilities:

1. First-Line HR Support: Act as the
   - to HR resource for employees and managers, providing timely and effective support on all HR-related queries.
2. Employee Relations: Guide and coach team leads and supervisors in handling performance, behavioral, and
   - related matters with a focus on resolution and fairness.
3. Performance Management: Oversee probation reviews, coordinate performance
   - ins, and support managers in employee development and feedback cycles.
4. Employee Experience & Engagement: Develop and execute initiatives that foster a positive work culture, increase engagement, and support retention.
5. Workforce Planning: Partner with department heads to assess staffing needs and support strategic workforce planning and succession initiatives.
6. Onboarding & Integration: Deliver engaging onboarding and orientation sessions to ensure new hires feel welcomed and equipped for success.
7. Culture & Recognition: Drive initiatives that promote company culture, including organizing
   - building activities and recognition programs.
8. Policy & Process Improvement: Evaluate and enhance HR policies and procedures to improve efficiency and align with business needs.
9. Learning & Development: Facilitate training opportunities and professional development programs that empower employee growth.
10. Talent & Team Growth: Collaborate with managers to assess team competence, support capability building, and enable
    - term team development.

Profile and requirements:

• +4 years proven experience in HR in a similar role
• Experience supporting HR initiatives
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR processes
• Experience working in a
  - paced, growing organisation an advantage
• High Proficiency in Google, Microsoft and HR software
• Excellent analytical and
  - solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Language Requirements: Advanced proficiency in English and Portuguese, with proven fluency at the C2 level
• Excellent communication skills
