Position Summary
Due to the expansion of the NBS structure we are looking to strengthen our Human Resources team by hiring an additional HR Business Partner. As an HR Business Partner for NBS Lisbon you will be responsible for deploying of the Human Resources strategy within NBS in close collaboration with Line Managers, supporting people priorities such as Training & Development, Recruitment & Selection, Personnel Administration and Compensation, ensuring compliance, and fostering Performance Management to leverage NBS outcomes via people practices. We count on you to support the HR Manager and IBS HR with people analytics (KPIs) for
- making/action planning, and in the design and implementation of the People Strategy to contribute to IBS and NBS
- term strategy, in accordance with Nestlé Principles and policies.
A day in the life of. . .
- Accomplish the HR annual calendar regarding talent management, succession planning, and development practices to support company requirements.
- Support the alignment and execution of People Strategies and Plans based on people analytics (KPIs) to attract, develop, retain, and enhance employee contribution.
- Manage Success
Factors data and ensure its accuracy. - Foster a culture and working environment that is open, empowering, fair, and equitable.
- Ensure flawless and compliant execution of HR initiatives.
- Proactively challenge the existing organizational structure to drive superior performance.
- Provide alternative solutions to business issues to achieve the most effective outcomes.
- Shape a culture that facilitates and supports Nestlé’s goals and initiatives by supporting and coaching Line Managers in the implementation of core people processes.
- Actively seek to improve the overall performance management of the organization.
- Establish and maintain effective “win–win” working relationships with Nestlé Portugal Employee Relations. Maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization and promote an environment of open communication.
- Act as a facilitator to implement changes quickly with minimal impact on operational areas.
- Ensure alignment with Nestlé Portugal in areas such as Compliance, Total Rewards, Legal, and HR Administration, in collaboration with the HR Generalist colleague, through a solid internal control process and governance with stakeholders.
What will make you successful
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR – having worked in fast paced / project environment is a plus
- Experience in HR processes e. g. Talent Management, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Labor Law, and Compensation & Benefits
- Coaching skills, change management and stakeholder management experience
- Courage to constructively challenge at all levels of the organization, achieving results through effective influencing and collaborating
- Proactive, continuous improvement mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional fluency in English
