Hr Business Partner

The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should be comfortable onboarding new candidates and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while at work. This candidate should work closely with management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement.
Responsibilities
1. HR Partnership & Advisory
- Partner closely with department heads and senior leadership to understand business goals and translate them into effective people strategies.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management.
- Support organizational design, talent mapping, and succession planning.
2. Recruitment & Employer Branding
- Oversee
- cycle recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent. - Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure smooth and timely recruitment aligned with business needs.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's position in the market.
3. Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and design relevant programs for professional growth.
- Promote a learning culture and develop internal leadership pipelines.
4. Performance & Compensation
- Support the implementation of performance management systems.
- Collaborate with Finance and leadership on compensation benchmarking and reviews.
5. Strategic HR Insight
- Maintain

. - Analyze HR metrics and external labor data to provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
- Monitor regulatory and market changes that may impact workforce planning and retention.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 - 3 years of experience in HR or related field
- Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Fluent Portuguese and English
