Job Description

As a Human Resources Business Partner Trainee, you will support the HR Business Partner team in their daily tasks throughout the employee life cycle.

In your new role, you will:

1. Support the different phases of an employee lifecycle: onboarding, people development, training/workshop coordination, by partnering with other HR counterparts.
2. Help in organizing internal events (workshops, trainings, onboarding sessions, etc. ).
3. Support process documentation, creating and updating internal documents.
4. Support the deployment of global and local HR policies such as people development, compensation, organizational development, etc.
5. Be an Infineon ambassador by promoting and developing the Infineon culture.

Your Profile

You are a dynamic person, able to adapt to different environments and stakeholders, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You are a good communicator with a positive and flexible working attitude.

You are best suited for this role if you have:

1. A degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or equivalent fields.
2. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Power
   Point.
3. Previous experience in an international environment.
4. Previous experience in Human Resources and basic knowledge of labor law (advantage).
5. A
   - oriented mindset, attention to detail, and enjoyment in working on projects.
6. Fluency in English and Portuguese.
