Role Overview:
We are looking for a talented and experienced HR Compensation & Benefits and HRIS Lead to join our HR team in Lisbon. This role will play a crucial part in managing our compensation programs and leading the implementation of our HR Information System (Hi
Bob). You will work closely with key stakeholders to manage the annual bonus cycle, evaluate and grade positions, and ensure the effective communication of compensation and benefits strategies across our international workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the annual bonus cycle, including planning, communication, and execution.
- Oversee job evaluation and position grading processes, ensuring consistency and alignment with the company’s compensation structure.
- Maintain and optimize the Hi
Bob HRIS, ensuring accurate data management and reporting. - Collaborate with HR and management teams to ensure alignment of compensation strategies with business objectives.
- Act as the point of contact for
- related queries, providing advice and guidance to managers and employees. - Develop and manage compensation and benefits communications, ensuring clarity and understanding across teams.
- Continuously assess and refine compensation programs, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
- Support salary benchmarking and market data analysis to ensure competitive positioning in relevant markets.
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and internal policies related to compensation and benefits.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits and HRIS, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Proficiency in Hi
Bob or similar HRIS platforms. - Strong knowledge of compensation practices, including salary structures, bonuses, and job grading.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage sensitive information discreetly and effectively.
- Proficiency in English required; proficiency in French is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a
- paced, diverse environment.
