About The Job

Part of a team of HR Connect Administration Officers, the role involves:

• Providing exceptional customer service to employees, acting as the first point of contact for HR queries.
• Performing transactional processes throughout the employee life cycle in a timely and accurate manner.

Your Main Activities

• Responding to and resolving HR queries across various activities.
• Processing HR transactions using HR systems.
• Applying policies and following processes to manage
  - related risks.
• Maintaining employee data integrity on key systems.

Profile and Skills

• Degree in Human Resources or similar field.
• Proficiency with HR systems and software.
• Understanding of HR policies and processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and client focus.
• Ability to deliver results in a reactive/proactive environment.
• Attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
