Hr Consultant
We are looking for a talented individual to become a key member of our Career team at Mercer. This position can be based in either Porto or Lisbon and offers a hybrid work model, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.
We will count on you to:
- Collaborate on and manage projects primarily within Rewards, including Compensation Benchmark Analysis, Salary Band Definition, Variable Remuneration Analysis and Model Design, Job Evaluation, Pay Equity & Transparency, and more.
- Collaborate on projects related to Careers and Performance Management, participating actively in the design and implementation of career frameworks, performance appraisal processes, and talent management initiatives.
- Conduct complex analyses based on client and market data using Excel, and prepare engaging client presentations and reports with Power
Point. - Contribute to the development and production of Mercer’s Total Compensation Surveys.
- Lead client presentations, foster strong relationships, and actively participate in business development efforts.
- Identify new opportunities, prepare proposals, and support the growth of our business.
What you need to have:
- Degree in Management, Mathematics, Engineering, Psychology, HR, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in compensation or total rewards.
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Power
Point. - Analytical mindset with a
