About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our client's team on a
- term basis. This role will support a major organizational transition, ensuring compliance, clarity, and empathy throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review documentation related to organizational changes in line with Portugal labor law and company policies.
• Brief and coach managers on process, communication, and best practices.
• Support sensitive employee conversations with professionalism and discretion.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting for compliance purposes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to safeguard a positive employee experience during change.

What do you need to succeed?

• Strong knowledge of Portugal labor law and HR compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of other countries' labor law is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in managing organizational change or redundancy processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations.
• High level of discretion and integrity.
• Language: English (mandatory), Portugal (preferred).
