We’re hiring: HR Data Owner – Reward, Performance & Goals, Talent (SAP Success
Factors)!

Join our HR Data Office as the key functional and data authority for Reward, Performance & Goals, and Talent domains in SAP Success
Factors. You’ll partner with Global Process Owners to ensure robust data governance, support system evolutions, and enable impactful HR analytics.

What you’ll do:

Own and govern master data for your domains

Maintain data quality, dictionary, and logical data models

Support enhancements, testing, and system releases

Enable advanced reporting with SAP People Analytics, Power BI, and Dataiku

Drive continuous improvement in data processes and governance

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in similar functions, with at least 3 years on SAP Success
Factors (Reward, Perf&Goals, Talent)

Strong HR master data and data governance expertise

Fluent English (mandatory); French is a plus

Strong analytical mindset, communication skills, and autonomy

Terms of service:

Place of service: Romania or Portugal (full remote with very occasional trips)

Duration: 12 months, renewable
