Introduction To Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Experience Manager to join our HR Digital, Platforms & Products team. The ideal candidate will enhance the digital experience for our users and employees, ensuring that our HR platforms and products are intuitive, efficient, and aligned with our organizational goals. This role requires a deep understanding of user experience (UX) design, digital transformation, and the needs of HR functions.
Typical Accountabilities
- Collaborate with
- functional teams to design and implement
- centric digital solutions that improve the overall user and employee experience within HR and the wider ecosystem. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and ensure our digital platforms meet user needs.
- Develop experience wireframes, prototypes, and user interface designs that are visually appealing and easy to navigate.
- Work closely with HR stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective digital solutions.
- Analyze and optimize existing HR digital platforms to enhance usability and functionality, addressing overlaps and duplicity in the digital ecosystem.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UX design, digital transformation, and HR technology.
- Advocate for user experience and promote a
- centric approach to digital transformation. - Create a single digital experience vision that meets people in the flow of their work, enabling access to tools and information without disrupting workflow.
- Streamline processes and enhance productivity by taking work to the people, not the people to the work.
- Shape and design the user experience strategy for how work gets done in HR, creating an integrated experience that helps employees find things and get things done efficiently.
- Collaborate with IT and GBS to define how work is done digitally and translate that into an HR strategy supporting HR and the Centers of Excellence (COEs).
- Quantify benefits realization related to user experience and identify where to improve and where current solutions suffice.
- Familiarity with UX measurement and quantification to ensure digital solutions are optimized for user satisfaction and productivity.
- Deep experience in simplifying complex digital landscapes to help employees navigate HR platforms effectively.
Essential – Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in UX design, preferably within the HR domain.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX design skills and successful projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with
- functional teams. - Strong analytical and
- solving abilities. - Knowledge of HR processes and systems is a plus.
Desirable
- Experience in a
- paced Global Business Services environment. - Familiarity with the biopharmaceutical industry.
- Engagement with technology industry trends supporting process improvement.
- Experience or qualifications in a related technology area.
- Experience working with Agile delivery methodology.
- Experience working globally with
- cultural awareness and adaptability.
