HR Executive- EMPLOYEE RELATIONS (M/F)

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced HR Executive to coordinate the Employee Relations Operational Area for Resort Hotels.

The Pestana Hotel Group is the largest Portuguese hotel group with more than 100 hotels in 16 countries across three continents.

  - employee connections through fair practices
• Clear communication, conflict resolution (grievances, investigations),
• Fostering engagement and creating a supportive culture for higher loyalty and productivity,
• Drive initiatives/policies and procedures, to promote a culture where employees feel valued, and heard (individual & collective voice) impacting directly on business success.

Key Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Portuguese.
• A degree in Human Resources is preferential
• Proven experience in Employee Relations and Well being, ideally within hospitality or service industries
• Creative Skills (imagination, different perspectives, joyful aproach)
• Strong communication skills
• Proactive, Hands On and
  - oriented approach
• Ability to work autonomously in a multicultural environment,
• Availability for frequent travel
