About The Role

As an HR Executive you will make an impact by collaborating with our nearshore and offshore HR transactional services teams to ensure all processes, administration and payroll input is managed effectively and in alignment with global standards and local requirements. You will be a valued member of the HR team and work collaboratively with key stakeholders.

In This Role, You Will

• Ensure HR compliance, safeguarding employee relations, and maintaining frameworks and company policies aligned to the local legislation.
• Assist with Onboarding and Employee Engagement;
  
  
  
  facilitate local employee connect through a range of scheduled/set initiatives
• Work closely with HR colleagues responsible for international resources on assignment in Portugal, securing assimilation into local processes, policies, culture and working environment.
• Maintain and develop HR handbooks and policies, ensuring these are up to date and aligned with global standards.

What You Need To Have To Be Considered

• Good functional understanding HR role
• Strong knowledge of Portuguese local labour regulations and laws
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to proactively identify and recommend process enhancement and standardization etc.

These will help you stand out

• Previous experience working for an IT Services or BPO Organisation
• Preferably master's degree in human resources management or similar and a 3+ year
  - on experience in an HR role
