As HR Expert People Experience, you will actively shape our HR and cultural transformation. You will act as a strategic partner to the Global Head of HR Co
E and the global HR Leadership Team, serving as a role model for modern collaboration and leadership, creating
- functional impact.

Your Tasks:

1. Establish, enable, and govern a holistic People Experience approach, deriving and monitoring measures that foster ENERCON’s employer brand and EVP.
2. Collect, analyze, and act on people feedback (e. g. , employee surveys), providing actionable insights to HR Co
   Es, HR Regions, and global HR Business Partners.
3. Connect with external networks and thought leaders on People Experience, innovations, and best practices, integrating these into ENERCON’s approach.
4. Coordinate HR communication, maintaining continuous exchange and alignment with ENERCON Marketing & Communication and HR Strategy.
5. Participate in HR process governance and support strategic HR projects or initiatives, including strategic Enercon projects as needed.

Your Qualifications:

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields with an emphasis on organizational development.
• Extensive professional experience in HR, communication, consultancy, or equivalent.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are recommended and can be developed on the job.
• Exceptional
  - centric approach, innovation, and empathy skills (e. g. , design thinking, agile solutions).
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills with significant project management experience.
• Excellent
  - organizational, international communication and collaboration skills, with leadership in networking.
• High
  - direction, systems thinking, and business orientation.
• IT and AI literacy, with the ability to identify and develop digital HR use cases for testing and scaling.
