As HR Expert People Experience, you will actively shape our HR and cultural transformation, acting as a strategic partner to the Global Head of HR Co
E and the HR Leadership Team, and serve as a role model for modern collaboration and leadership.

Your Tasks:

1. Establish, enable, and govern a holistic People Experience approach, and derive and monitor measures to foster ENERCON’s employer brand and EVP;
2. Collect, analyze, and follow up on people feedback (e. g. , employee surveys) and provide actionable insights to HR Co
   Es, HR Regions, and HR Business Partners;
3. Connect with external networks and thought leaders on People Experience, innovation, and best practices, integrating them into ENERCON’s approach;
4. Coordinate HR communication, ensuring continuous exchange and alignment with ENERCON’s Marketing & Communication approach and HR strategy;
5. Participate in HR process governance and support strategic HR projects and initiatives, including involvement in strategic ENERCON projects as needed.

Your Qualifications:

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, with emphasis on organizational development;
• Extensive professional experience in HR, communication, consultancy, or equivalent;
• Fluent in English; German language skills are recommended and can be developed on the job;
• Strong
  - centric approach, innovation, and empathy (e. g. , design thinking, agile solution development);
• Conceptually and analytically strong, with significant project management experience;
• Excellent
  - organizational, international communication and collaboration skills, with network leadership capabilities;
• High
  - direction, systems thinking, and business orientation;
• IT and AI literacy, with the ability to identify and develop digital HR use cases for testing and scaling;
