As an HR Expert People Experience, you will actively influence our HR and cultural transformation, acting as a strategic partner to the Global Head of HR Co
E and the global HR Leadership Team, and exemplifying modern collaboration and leadership.

Your Tasks:

• Establish and govern a holistic People Experience approach, enhancing ENERCON’s employer brand and EVP.
• Collect, analyze, and act on people feedback (e. g. , employee surveys), providing insights to HR stakeholders.
• Engage with external networks and thought leaders on People Experience, integrating best practices into ENERCON’s strategies.
• Coordinate HR communications, aligning with Marketing & Communication and HR strategies.
• Participate in HR process governance and support or lead strategic HR projects and initiatives.

Your Qualifications:

• Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or related, with a focus on organizational development.
• Extensive experience in HR, consultancy, or related fields.
• Fluent in English; German skills are a plus.
• Customer-centric, innovative, empathetic approach (e. g. , design thinking, agile solutions).
• Strong conceptual, analytical, and project management skills.
• Excellent
  - organizational and international communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-directed, systems thinker with a
  - oriented mindset.
• IT and AI literacy, with the ability to identify and develop digital HR use cases.
