This is a hybrid role, with 3 days working from home and 2 days in the office.

What you’ll do:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle using Workday.
Create and update job descriptions aligned with business needs.
Source candidates through various digital channels and networks.
Conduct interviews (phone, video, or in-person) and present shortlists to hiring managers.
Prepare job offers and onboarding documentation.
Organize training programs, induction sessions, and development initiatives.
Support HR policies and ensure compliance with employment regulations.

What we’re looking for:
Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
Fluent in English (mandatory).
Proficiency in Workday, Service Now, and Microsoft Office.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of discretion and organizational ability.
Team-oriented mindset and proactive attitude.
