Event is a remote B2B startup that develops intelligent solutions for hospitality and marketing. We build high‑level management tools for C‑level suites and robust operational tools for managers.

Responsibilities

• Advise on employee relations and engagement.
• Lead full‑cycle recruitment across a broad portfolio of business roles.
• Forecast and plan conversations, lead recruitment projects, and build relationships with managers.
• Interview, evaluate, and match skilled professionals to In
  Event requirements.
• Prepare monthly recruitment reports.
• Maintain accurate HR records and manage the HRIS.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes, aligning policies and strategies.
• Author and edit company policies and admin functions.
• Liaise with Marketing and Talent Acquisition to redesign and manage social media pages with visuals that represent our company.
• Execute candidate‑facing communication on social media and job sites, establishing online recruiting campaigns.
• Design and implement branding strategies to develop brand awareness.
• Provide strategic support to the Talent Acquisition sector on culture, values, engagement, and talent attraction.
• Assist in onboarding, performance management, benefits, welfare, vacations, terminations, and others.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Portuguese.
• 2+ years HR experience focused on employee relations and branding.
• Experience with HRIS.
• Confidentiality and discretion handling sensitive information.
• Experience hiring and creative thinking to develop innovative employer brand initiatives.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Resilient and continuous learner in a startup environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.

Contract
