Responsibilities:
- Perform general administration tasks within our HR Services processes and tools on a European level.
- Post jobs on various job boards using our recruiting tool.
- Define key skills for each position in collaboration with the Recruiting Manager to facilitate preselection of candidates.
- Preselect applicants, often in multiple languages such as German, English, French, Spanish, etc.
- Schedule interviews with candidates.
- Manage HR Database (Workday) – training will be provided in detail.
- Prepare administrative tasks related to onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update internal HR documentation, including transfer/promotion letters and contract changes.
- Handle daily HR operational topics (ticketing and dispatching).
- Collaborate daily with local HR Business Partners and relevant experts, serving as the first point of contact within the responsible Business Units.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related fields.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Teams, Word, Excel).
- Fluent in German and English.
- Strong teamwork skills, adaptable, and
- organized.
