A leading multinational company with a solid presence in the Porto area is looking to strengthen its Human Resources team with an
HR Generalist
with experience in
Payroll
and
fluent English.
Your new role
You will be responsible for managing the full payroll process, providing administrative support to the HR team, overseeing the employee lifecycle, and communicating with international stakeholders. You will play a key role in ensuring legal compliance and continuously improving internal processes.
What you need to succeed
Previous experience in generalist HR roles and payroll management
University degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Fluent English – mandatory requirement
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and autonomy
Solid knowledge of Excel and HR management tools
