Responsibilities

Our newest opportunity is for a talented HR Generalist, to join our
- winning team based in Lisbon, Portugal.

We envisage success in this role to include:

• Supporting the end to end onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Managing Training and Development projects.
• Organizing team building activities and all HR initiatives.
• Providing HR data and information management.
• Coordinating Occupational Health and Medicine procedures.
• Supporting the Payroll process.
• Providing the HR inquiries management.
• Supporting all the employee
  - cycle tasks according to the needs.

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envisage that you will bring a minimum of 3 years of experience in similar role with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Human Resources Management or equivalent.

• Knowledge of Portugal Labor law.
• Excellent Portuguese and English communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to effectively interact at all levels.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications and HR Management Systems.
• Highly flexible and adaptable to various situations.
