Responsibilities
Our newest opportunity is for a talented HR Generalist, to join our
- winning team based in Lisbon, Portugal.
We envisage success in this role to include:
- Supporting the end to end onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Managing Training and Development projects.
- Organizing team building activities and all HR initiatives.
- Providing HR data and information management.
- Coordinating Occupational Health and Medicine procedures.
- Supporting the Payroll process.
- Providing the HR inquiries management.
- Supporting all the employee
- cycle tasks according to the needs.
Qualifications
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envisage that you will bring a minimum of 3 years of experience in similar role with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Portugal Labor law.
- Excellent Portuguese and English communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to effectively interact at all levels.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications and HR Management Systems.
- Highly flexible and adaptable to various situations.
