Your Role

• Process Design & Improvement: Support process design, evaluate customer feedback, and plan improvements in alignment with global HR counterparts
• Feedback Management: Handle HR feedback cases (e. g. , in Jira) in assessing, routing, and testing solutions
• Documentation: Maintain global process documentation, including revision and update of process flow charts
• Process Alignment: Participate in global process harmonization activities
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Recruiting and My
  HR team to improve hiring processes and tools; Communicate with HR partners worldwide

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Education: Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or another related field
• Digital skills: Affinity towards digital topics; Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
• Experience: Previous experience in Human Resources and/or HR projects is a plus
• Working Style: A
  - driven and
  - oriented mindset
• Languages: Fluent in English
