The HR team at CSC manages multiple Recruitment and Selection processes, as well as coordinates onboarding activities and the preparation for the admission of new employees.

In addition, several internal tools and processes are being implemented and reviewed (e. G. , Job Descriptions;





Replacement Matrices;





Feedback Interviews;



Performance Assessment), which this internship project aims to support - both in terms of execution and in the monitoring and
- up of ongoing activities - thus contributing to their development and efficiency.
