The job combines IT BA and Service Management responsibilities to drive operational demand in the Signature Authority domain. It requires IT consulting skills and operational excellence to ensure the smooth operation of the global Signature Authority service.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Act as the functional HR/IT Business Analyst and Solution Designer for all HR/IT Mini
Master and Authority Management topics. - Align business demands and processes with IT strategy and consult the business as a subject matter expert within the portfolio.
- Translate business demands into IT service requirements and ensure proper implementation following IT service management and compliance frameworks.
- Consider the 'big picture' within the Assurance strategy and IT projects, focusing on
-
- end processes and identifying dependencies. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service management teams, driving related activities.
Your qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor or master degree in information technology or business administration.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience with SAP HCM solutions, ideally time management.
- Understanding of UI5-based SAP design and
- end technologies, including their integration with SAP systems. - Knowledge of organizational management processes, especially
- related, and associated IT solutions. - Interest in regulatory data management to enable workflows.
- Experience working on international and interdisciplinary HR/IT projects.
- Good knowledge of managing IT service providers.
- Understanding of compliance requirements related to IT projects in healthcare.

- Excellent stakeholder management, service orientation, and communication skills.
- Experience in international and intercultural cooperation.
