Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the
  
  SAP Success
  Factors platform
  
  , ensuring operational excellence, performance, and reliability.
• Support module owners (e. g. , Employee Central, Learning, Performance, Compensation) and ensure proper governance and enhancements.
• Oversee tenant management: provisioning, system refreshes, and release coordination.
• Act as the main point of contact for SAP and external service providers.
• Collaborate with Master Data and Integration teams to ensure smooth data flows and system interoperability.
• Lead rollout projects and platform improvement initiatives across global teams.
• Monitor user feedback and drive continuous improvement of services and solutions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least
  
  3 years of experience
  
  with IT Service Management or HRIS platforms, preferably
  
  SAP Success
  Factors
  
  .
• Solid knowledge of global IT landscapes and
  - based platforms (Saa
  S, system integration, etc. ).
• Experience in project management and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Fluent in
  
  English
  
  (German is a plus).
• Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10%).
• Based in
