Overview

VW Group Digital Solutions is seeking a HR Projects professional focused on designing, planning, implementing, and managing HR projects that align with the organization’s goals. The role involves engagement across projects to assess and monitor the effectiveness of processes, data analysis, and reporting to support informed

Responsibilities

• Designing, planning, implementing, and manage HR projects that align with the organization’s goals
• Engage in projects that assess and monitor the effectiveness of implemented processes. Analyze collected data and prepare comprehensive reports to provide relevant and reliable information for informed
  - making
• Facilitating communication among all project stakeholders, including internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and team members
• Implementing a structured communication and change management plan to align expectations across all parties
• Collaborating in the implementation and integration of human resources systems, ensuring they meet the needs of Volkswagen Digital Solutions and support the execution of HR policies
• Acting as a facilitator and influencer in standardizing work methodologies and adopting management tools
• Promoting the Learning and Development (L&D) area as a catalyst for change and continuous improvement within the organization
• Analyzing structural changes and identify, describe, and classify new roles within Functional Groups, ensuring alignment with the operational reality of Volkswagen Digital Solutions
• Contributing to the design of the HR operating model and associated processes
• Leveraging insights to inform talent management strategies, identify skill gaps, and support succession planning, ensuring that HR initiatives align with overall business objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in H uman Resources, Management or comparable work experience
• Proven experience working in HR or related role for min 3 years
• S Trong
  - solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
• Great English skills, both written and spoken.
