HR Local Support - Temporary contract

Overview

HR Local Support - Temporary contract role at Hitachi Energy in Portugal. This is a temporary replacement for approximately 9 months.

Responsibilities

• Employee onboarding and offboarding (Workday)
• Preparation and submission of the Relatório Único
• Participation in internal and external HR audits
• Compliance with legal requirements and deadlines
• Organization of internal meetings (e. g. , townhalls)
• Cross-functional support to the HR team
• Work closely with the HRBP, Payroll, and the Talent team

Qualifications

• Previous experience in HR support
• Solid knowledge of Portuguese labor legislation
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and autonomous
• Native Portuguese, fluent in English (mandatory); Spanish is a plus
• Good communication and
  - solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc. )
