Anticipate challenges and find better ways of working. **What Will You Be Doing? **- Leading all HR activity for Locke de Santa Joana, including restaurants, bars, and support
- Managing the full payroll process with accuracy and
- Ensuring compliance with Portuguese employment law and
- Overseeing contracts, onboarding, and the renewal process for all
- Acting as the main point of contact for managers on HR policy, employee relations, and performance
- Supporting recruitment, induction, and retention strategies in collaboration with operations
- Developing and implementing HR procedures that align with company values and local
- Driving engagement and a positive workplace culture through communication and support initiatives**What Do You Need? **- Proven experience in a senior HR role within hospitality or a
- paced service
- Strong knowledge of Portuguese employment law and HR best
- Demonstrated experience managing payroll, contracts, and
