We’re looking for an HR Manager to lead our HR function in Portugal and support our international workforce.

Your mission

• Partner with managers & employees across all HR topics
• Lead recruitment, onboarding & talent development
• Ensure compliance with Portuguese labor law
• Manage payroll, compensation & benefits
• Support global HR projects & roll them out locally

Your profile

• 5+ years of HR experience (min. 2 in management/HRBP)
• Strong knowledge of Portuguese labor law
• Fluent in Portuguese & English
• Hands-on, proactive, and
  - oriented
