Job Description:

a) Conduct research in the local market to identify and expand the external labor agency resource pool to drive for higher labor quality & lower labor cost; collaborate with the procurement team on the contract negotiation and signing.

b) Build up scorecard and evaluation process to assess the performance of external labor agencies and reward/punish accordingly.

c) Conduct labor cost analysis and identify and capitalize on cost saving opportunities by managing the
- line attendance of workers and monitoring/elevating their productivity.

d) Respond to the request from business and liaison with external labor agencies to ensure sufficient supply.

e) Work on the billing process of labor and liaison with external labor agencies to ensure accurate and timely payment.


Position Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of experience in a fast paced,
- oriented environment, experiences of managing external labor agencies preferably in the logistics industry

2. Flexibility and adaptability in dealing with rapidly changing priorities and demands.

3. Ability to work in a complex organization that is
- paced and constantly changing to meet current challenges. This position must function in this environment on a daily basis and react quickly to meet pressing needs.

4. Excellent
- solving skills and the ability to meet competing deadlines under pressure while maintaining accuracy and strong attention to detail.

5. Bilingual written/speaking is desirable (English and Portuguese proficient as work language).
