Job Description

1. Monitor and track the candidate pipeline, ensuring information sharing;
2. Ensure hiring managers provide feedback on candidates presented by partners;
3. Schedule interviews between partners and hiring managers;
4. Communicate process results and organize start dates with managers and candidates;
5. Manage proposals, contracts, access, and necessary documentation;
6. Share regular updates and feedback with managers throughout the process;
7. Ensure the recruitment cycle is completed efficiently, minimizing hiring time;
8. Monitor SLAs, operational KPIs, and process compliance, escalating issues when necessary;
9. Use internal tools to perform daily tasks;
10. Prepare regular and
    - hoc reports based on defined indicators.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Management, Human Resources, or related field;
• Deep knowledge of HR and outsourcing processes;
• Excellent communication and leadership skills;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively;
• Strong attention to detail and
  - solving skills;
• Good written and spoken English skills.
