Position
As an HR Operations Analystat team. blue, you will be first in line to manage incoming tickets from our team. blue people community in our HR Support Center. The ticket types will vary from basic data edits to more advanced design changes in our HRIS. You will be part of our HRIS core team and help ensure the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of employee records and data, collaborating closely with our HR admin community and other departments to streamline processes, improve data management, and support strategic HR initiatives.
This role offers flexibility to work from one of our offices, remotely, or a combination of both.
Key responsibilities:
(1) HRIS Management
- Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
- Implement and manage system upgrades and enhancements, working closely with the HRIS core team and Group IT.
- Develop and document HRIS processes, guidelines, and best practices.
(2) Employee Data Maintenance
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of employee data, including new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, and personal information updates.
- Participate in our regular audits of employee data to identify and correct discrepancies.
- Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of employee records in compliance with legal and company standards.
(3) Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve data management practices.
- Participate in projects to automate and enhance HR processes using the HRIS and other technologies.
- Collaborate with
- functional teams to implement and optimize HRIS workflows.
(4) Training and Support
- Train HR staff and other
- users on HRIS functionality and best practices for data management. - Provide ongoing support to HR team members and resolve HRIS-related issues.
- Develop and maintain user guides and training materials.
Profile:
- Experience in working with HR systems and/or managing tickets in an HR ticketing system.
- Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to process management are needed.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable explaining system changes to HR colleagues.
- Analytical mindset; enjoys working with data and identifying improvements in data structure.
- High sense of responsibility and ownership; delivers thorough and
- quality results. - Passion for process improvement, both in building new solutions and refining existing ones.
- Solid experience with Excel; IT affinity and knowledge of online tools like Power
Point and Word are a plus. - Helpful and approachable, with a natural interest in supporting and guiding others.
- Flexible and able to remain calm when priorities shift or unexpected issues arise.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
