Tesla is seeking an HR Operations Manager to join our growing HR Operations team in the Southern Region. The role will focus on operational delivery and effective team management, ensuring outstanding service to our internal customers and supporting the development of our services.

Please note: This is a single position listed in multiple locations for visibility, but we are only hiring one person for the role.

What You'll Do

1. Manage a team handling Core HR employee lifecycle processes and Payroll input, including supporting new joiners, absence management, leavers, and HR-ticket enquiries, as well as monthly payroll processing and compliance checks.
2. Monitor and report on key SLAs, metrics, and KPIs to optimize team performance.
3. Collaborate effectively with wider HR teams across Partnering, Recruitment, Payroll, and Finance to ensure efficient employee processes.
4. Drive operational HR strategy for the team, proactively addressing issues and partnering with the business to enhance the employee experience.
5. Communicate clearly with business leaders and stakeholders to inform HR strategies, promote
   - service options, improve HR presence, empower managers, and remove obstacles.
6. Conduct audits and data checks to ensure accuracy and diligence in processing.

What You'll Bring

1. Relevant HR experience with a solid understanding of employment law.
2. People management experience, preferably in an HR Shared Service or Operations organization.
3. Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
5. Experience managing compliance topics and conducting audits.
6. Business fluency in English, plus knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese, or Italian.
