What You Will Do
- Act as the main point of contact for employees, supporting all HR‑related questions across the full employee lifecycle.
- Manage HR operational processes including onboarding, offboarding, contract preparation, amendments and employee documentation.
- Maintain accurate HR data and ensure proper use, updates and integrity of HR systems and tools.
- Prepare payroll inputs, validate monthly outputs with the external payroll provider, and ensure accuracy through quality checks and continuous improvement.
- Administer and maintain the time & attendance system, including configuration updates, troubleshooting, training and FAQs.
- Support compensation and benefits activities, including annual review cycles, benefit administration and proactive improvements.
- Ensure compliance with labour legislation, support policy updates, and prepare disciplinary or regulatory documentation as needed.
- Produce recurring HR reports and analytics to support decision‑making and monitor key HR indicators.
- Collaborate with the local HR team and Axpo Corporate HR on cross‑functional and global HR initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
Essential Skills & Knowledge
- Experience in HR administration or HR operations (2‑5 years).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Power
Point). - Confidence working with HRIS/HRMS platforms; knowledge of any HR ERP is a strong plus.
- Clear and effective communication skills in Portuguese (native) and English (professional level).
- Good understanding of payroll processes, employment law and standard HR practices.
- High level of accuracy, organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling employee data.

Education & Experience
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field.
- Specialized HR training (labour law, compensation, training) is an advantage.
- Experience in a matrix organization is a plus.
