HR Operations Transformation - Deployment Specialist
Role Purpose Statement
The transformation deployment specialist is responsible for driving structural transformation projects, ensuring their seamless deployment across HR. This role requires balancing strategic alignment with operational execution, ensuring that structural changes are delivered on time, within scope, and with sustainable adoption. The ideal candidate will have expertise in deployment planning, stakeholder engagement, performance measurement, and change management.
Main Accountabilities
Develop deployment transformation plans including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and performance metrics. Coordinate with functional teams to ensure operational readiness and minimal disruption. Act as a liaison between external consultants, senior leadership, project teams, and frontline HR customers and employees. Ensure that changes are embedded into the organization’s culture and

Technical Skills
- Certifications such as PROSCI (OCM), PMBOK, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, and other governance, CI tools, and methods.
- People skills to manage change and transformation across the organization.
- Procurement knowledge (negotiation, market reference, etc. ) and understanding of Human Resources processes (Payroll, Mobility, etc. ).
Education & Experience
- Degree or Master’s in business administration, economics, engineering, or related fields.
- Soft skills to engage with stakeholders from diverse cultures and areas outside HR.
- Mandatory proficiency in English; Spanish is desirable.
- Experience leading robust transformation projects.
