We are currently seeking an experienced HR Partner for an exciting project with Accenture.
Key Responsibilities:- Support leadership in
- related matters. - Assist in performance achievement and promotion processes.
- Maintain data quality within the respective group.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees.
- Handle employee discipline and grievances, consulting with Labour Law Team as appropriate.
- Support employees throughout the HR lifecycle, from onboarding to departure.
- Coach employees on specific people matters, such as flexible work arrangements, leaves of absence, transitions, and development programs.
- Escalate issues and risks promptly and appropriately.
- Propose and implement work improvements.
- Serve as a
- to person for leadership HR-specific questions. - Prepare
- hoc reports as needed. - Contribute to a positive work environment and promote teamwork.
- Effectively coach and counsel colleagues.
- Hold a Graduate/Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience.
- Have at least 1 year of HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner.
- Possess strong organizational skills focused on quality, processes, and results.
- Demonstrate good negotiating and conflict management skills.
- Have excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
- Remain confident under pressure and collaborate effectively with project teams.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese;
Spanish proficiency is a plus.
