We are currently seeking an experienced HR Partner for an exciting project with Accenture.

1. Support leadership in
   - related matters.
2. Assist in performance achievement and promotion processes.
3. Maintain data quality within the respective group.
4. Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees.
5. Handle employee discipline and grievances, consulting with Labour Law Team as appropriate.
6. Support employees throughout the HR lifecycle, from onboarding to departure.
7. Coach employees on specific people matters, such as flexible work arrangements, leaves of absence, transitions, and development programs.
8. Escalate issues and risks promptly and appropriately.
9. Propose and implement work improvements.
10. Serve as a
    - to person for leadership HR-specific questions.
11. Prepare
    - hoc reports as needed.
12. Contribute to a positive work environment and promote teamwork.
13. Effectively coach and counsel colleagues.
14. Hold a Graduate/Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience.
15. Have at least 1 year of HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner.
16. Possess strong organizational skills focused on quality, processes, and results.
17. Demonstrate good negotiating and conflict management skills.
18. Have excellent presentation and communication skills.
19. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
20. Remain confident under pressure and collaborate effectively with project teams.
21. Fluent in English and Portuguese;
    
    Spanish proficiency is a plus.
