Job Description:

We are recruiting for a People Experience Consultant based in Portugal, with knowledge of Portuguese Labor Laws and employee relations processes. Experience working across other European countries is advantageous.

The Global People Experience Consultant team supports employee lifecycle processes and local employment legislation. Responsibilities include:

• Leading local HR issues
• Implementing Co
  E solutions locally
• Developing tactics for market needs
• Providing local advice on Employee Relations
• Building People Manager capability
• Ensuring legal compliance and managing country policies

Requirements include experience in Employee Relations, performance management, organizational change, and legal knowledge of labor laws. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required. Experience in a global organization and other European countries is preferred but not essential.
