About The Role
As an HR/People Operations Manager (m/f/d) at Flix, you will make an impact by delivering comprehensive HR operations support to our employees in Portugal and the UK. Reporting to the Team Lead People Western Europe and as part of a lean,
- paced, and international team of four, you will ensure operational excellence, optimize processes, and support our people as we scale and shape the future of mobility. The role is based in Lisbon.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for employees, people partners, authorities, and insurances for questions concerning pension scheme, company benefits, contract management.
- Actively participate in the preparatory payroll process and contribute your knowledge in an active exchange with our payroll partner and support employees with your expertise.
- Manage all HR processes from employee entry to exit for a support area (e. g. , handling contract management, onboarding, reference preparation); drive forward the optimization and automation of these processes.
- Keep track of all HR master data in Workday as well as in HR files and ensure availability, timeliness, and quality.
- Partner with leaders and employees to roll out all key people processes (performance management, compensation, benefits, development programs, etc. ).

- depth knowledge of legal requirements related to

- day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance (partner with legal department as needed). - Support the international recruiting team in sourcing and interviewing if needed.
About You
- Ideally with at least 4 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in an international,
- growth organization. - Degree in Human Resources, Economics, Psychology, Social Sciences, Pedagogics, or other related fields of study.
- Solid knowledge of Portuguese labour law; UK labour law is a plus.

- Ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
- Proactive, committed, team‑oriented and attention to detail.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English; a third language is a plus.
