We are looking for a People Partner to play a key role in supporting and empowering employees throughout their journey at Brain
Rocket. This position ensures a seamless and inspiring employee experience across the full lifecycle — from onboarding and career development to employee relations and internal mobility. As a trusted advisor to both employees and leaders, you will help shape people strategies that enhance engagement, foster growth, and drive organizational success, while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular

- one meetings to provide personalized support and guidance to employees. - Assist in employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and fostering a positive, inclusive work culture.
- Support final interviews, collaborating with Heads and Team Leads to ensure strong hiring decisions.
- Lead onboarding sessions and ensure a smooth integration process for new hires.
- Provide HR policy consulting, advising on employment agreements, leave policies, and workplace regulations.
- Offer benefits consulting, ensuring employees understand and maximize available benefits.
- Facilitate relocation support, helping employees transition smoothly with welcome meetings and logistical assistance.
- Oversee promotions and internal mobility, supporting career growth and
- department development. - Use HR analytics to deliver
- driven insights supporting recruitment and broader HR
- making.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR, ideally in a People Partner or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, onboarding, HR policies, and internal mobility.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a
- paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. - Experience with HR systems and analytics tools is a plus.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).

Important: This is an
- site position based in Lisbon. Remote or hybrid work is not available. Candidates must either already be in Lisbon or be willing to relocate. Full relocation support will be provided if necessary.
