HR Performance Manager
Overview
Are you ready to drive innovation and efficiency within the HR organization? As part of the HR Transformation, Performance and Portfolio team, the HR Performance Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing employee experience and operational excellence. This role leverages performance data, develops insightful dashboards, and supports governance and planning initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, actionable insights, and continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities
- KPI & Metrics Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report on performance metrics and indicators for COEs and projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- ROI Measurement: Support the development of robust models to assess and report on the return on investment and value delivery of portfolio initiatives, supporting

- making. - Governance / Portfolio Board Support: Prepare
- driven performance packs for Governance forums and the Portfolio Strategy Board. - HR Planning Cycle Analytics: Support the annual HR planning cycle with relevant performance data, trends, and predictive analyses.
- Data Visualization & Insights: Produce compelling, clearly visualized dashboards and reports to communicate performance trends and insights to senior stakeholders.
- Data Integrity & Assurance: Ensure that all reported data is validated, reliable, and fit for purpose, instituting quality controls.
- Process Improvement: Find opportunities to streamline and automate data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with Performance Director, project leads and COEs to translate operational performance insight into actionable recommendations.
- Ad-hoc: additional responsibilities on risk reporting, business continuity ad hoc analysis as required
Essential Skills/Experience
- Proven experience managing
- functional projects using structured methodologies - Proficiency with AZ Project Management framework
- Expertise in analyzing and working with data sets displaying commercial and financial acumen
- Strong track record in implementing, tracking, and evaluating indicators and SLA metrics
- Competence in structured planning and management activities
- Skilled in leading collaborative meetings for decision making and actionable outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results with
- focused urgency - Advanced proficiency in Power
Point, Smartsheet, Excel, and Power
BI
Desirable Skills/Experience
- Experience of working across HR COE areas
- Knowledge of AZ business operations outside HR
- Experience in procurement processes
- Background in shared services models
- A background in consultancy or analyst type roles may be beneficial
