Accountabilities
- Work closely with sponsors, steering groups, and Project Lead to establish change management and communication strategy and plans.
- Collaborate across the HR PMO to develop and maintain the change and communication project plans, integrating them into the overall HR Transformation and Portfolio project plan.
- Lead resources in
- project teams to plan, manage, and deliver against project plans, including Change and Readiness Partners, Deployment Leads, and Change Champions network. - Maintain an

- date register of key risks and issues for relevant business streams and develop plans for risk management or mitigation. - Clearly define all project roles and resource requirements for change and readiness workstreams; work closely with managers of project team members to ensure resources are committed and deliverables are clearly understood.
- Ensure effective meetings management with relevant agendas, information, notes, and actions tracking; responsible for setting standards and ensuring quality across all projects.
- Communicate strategy status, progress, risks, and issues effectively to Project Lead.
- Ensure effective business participation in strategies through customers, specialist advisors, and key stakeholders.
- Establish an appropriate forum for communication and feedback from VP and line manager populations.

Essential Skills/Experience
- Proven capability in engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
- Extensive experience managing
- functional projects with knowledge of AZ Project Management framework - Expertise in change management and communication planning
- Proficiency in structured planning and activity management
- Skilled in facilitating
- focused meetings spanning diverse inputs - Credibility to collaborate with Business Partner and Service Partner communities
- Demonstrated pace in delivering results with strong customer focus
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project/Smartsheet, Excel, Visio, Power
Point
Desirable Skills/Experience
- Deployment of complex HR projects across multiple geographies
- Experience of projects where HR compliance, legislation frameworks need to be considered
- Experience of delivery through matrix teams and change champion networks
- Experience of leveraging digital solutions in change management efforts
